Once we had finished investigating West Kennet Long Barrow we were only a short drive away from our last destination Bath. Leevi and I where lucky, for Christmas Mel and Hayley gave us a voucher for a nights accommodation at a beautiful B&B.

So our plan was to drive into town find a Tourist Information Centre and from there we would get our directions to take us to our accommodation. Now this sounds easy but in the past we have come across several instances we have driven around the city centre 100 times but not this time.

It was an easy drive to Bath’s outskirts and we where greeted immediately greeted with the beautiful famous sandstone buildings. After a carefree drive into town, finding a car park stright away and a short walk to the Tourist Info Centre we quickly located the B&B just around the corner. To easy! Read the rest of this entry »
