Happy Birthday to ME!
September 20th, 2006
Apparently now that i am 25 i have to start being a grown up, so no more little miss naughty NOT.
After working in the library industry for six years i have seen with my own eyes that you don’t have to be serious therefore that’s why we partied hard on Saturday night.
Firstly my real birthday was on Thursday and i had to go to Bristol for Lush training.
The day didn’t start off crash hot, waking up at 6 am to grey skies and heavy rain with no umbrella. I ran to the bus stop protected by my water proof jacket but it did jack squat as it was such heavy rain. Then on the train for 2 and a bit hours wet through to the bone isn’t a nice feeling but travelling with two lovely gals, getting a chocolate birthday cake at training and over 100 pounds worth of goodies made up for it all real quick.
It was even better to come home and be greeted by Leevi with several bottles of champers a yummy dinner and to finally open my birthday presents after eye balling them for weeks ( i even won 15 bucks on an Aussie scratchy Nan sent over wooo hooo).
Plus it was awesome to get a call from mum and Emma, just to hear Emma’s bad hair dressers stories made me laugh and made my birthday wonderful.
Little did i know that Leevi was doing the sneaky and organising a little party for Saturday night, i kept wondering why he would always check the phone messages and every time i looked at the phone he would delete the message bank. So it was even crazier to be in bed on Friday night to have the door flung open and have someone yell out “Look who’s here!” and there was the first party animal Hayley.
Leevi, Sarah and the Cadbury Chocolate factory.

Yes lick your lips and enjoy our Cadbury world pics.
We finally got to Cadbury world, as many of you know i do have a bit of a sweet tooth so i was feeling very Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Even more so when you are walking to the factory only to be smelling cocoa / chocolate wafting through the air and following the purple signs to the best factory in the wooooooorld.
Once inside we got our free chocolates and started the tour.Leevi and i were the only child free couple and we soon found out why. It may have had something to do with the little car tour around the happy cocoa bean people village. LOL it was hilarious to be in this tiny little purple car making our way around smiling cactus or waving cocoa bean people and we laughed the whole way.
So even though we enjoyed our day i think the next Cadbury tour won’t be for a while yet.
Oh i forgot we did learn about the Cadbury family which was face projected onto a white plaster head model - ( you know the one’s) and we also know now how chocolate is made all with the help of a crazy scientist and viberating seats.
Don’t forget to check out the pics.
